How To Download Tabs Mods On Mac

I just thought I’d come back and post this. I had someone ask me to clear up something on download and using mods with TS4. Now, this isn’t strictly for Mac, but if anyone else is having any issues or is confused about moving files over or how to download CC/Mods, this should help.
